Hurts the usability of product...very frustrating...do not buy this if you're looking for all the parts.Deceptive advertising--it wasn't the size advertised!! It was 4" (or more) narrower and the same shorter than the dimensions in the Amazon ad. I needed the specific size advertised to fit the opening under my counter. When it was so dramatically smaller, I was faced with having to sell it or pay to ship it back. Thankfully, I found someone to buy it for their office that didn't need a specific size, but others should know if they need the size listed in the product description of this item, that it is NOT that size.The refrigerator is only two months old and it’s not holding the temperature. There’s is no warranty from Amazon.I don’t recommend buying this product. There’s no no information on how to contact the manufacturer.This refrigerator is perfect keeps things cold and just what I was looking for to use for overflow. I would recommend this to everyone.Not a disappointment, was the perfect dimensions and works great
